Changes & Cancellations

Yes - as long as there is space on the course you want to swap too, then this can be done.  Contact the office who will check availability, do the swap for you and adjust any costs the change may cause.

We aim to make cancellation as easy as possible.  Please see our payment terms, but in summary:

Deposits

A £50 per person per event deposit is payable on booking.  This deposit is non-refundable unless there is a valid and unavoidable Covid-related reason such as needing to self-isolate at the time of the camp because of a positive test or test-and-trace, or a lockdown in the UK.  This is at the discretion of Tech Camp and evidence may be requested.

Balance of Payments

The balance of payment for an event is due 28 days before the starting date.  In the event of cancellation, the following amounts will be refunded.  (Note, as above that full refunds are available for a valid Covid-related reason as above).

  • 28 days before the event or earlier - full refunds (minus any deposits paid)
  • 14-28 days before the event - 50% refund (minus any deposits paid)
  • Under 14 days before the event - no refund
