We have been actively monitoring the situation with CoVID-19, and know that it will be a concern for all parents.  We want to share our plans and what we are putting in place for our upcoming events.

The welfare of the campers is of utmost importance to us.  It’s business as usual at the moment and we are proceeding to run all our camps in line with advice from Public Health England and the Department for Education.

We are putting the following safeguards into action at the moment

• We are enforcing restrictions in line with PHE guidance re: travellers guidance, and are not allowing any children, parents or staff to attend our camps if they meet the ‘At Risk Travellers’ criteria.
• We are working with our venues to ensure the highest standard of hygiene and hand-washing practices.
• We have implemented a training program on hygiene and hand-washing for staff and will also be briefing campers on this. The training programme also includes awareness for campers or staff suffering symptoms.
• We have good stock of hand sanitisers to last through all our upcoming events and will be making these available in all areas including classrooms and the dining hall. Campers will be required to use these before meals and snacks.

We will continue to monitor guidance closely and keep you informed of any changes in plans.  In the unlikely event that we will need to cancel any event following guidance from PHE/DfE, we will issue full refunds and give parents as much notice as possible.
